We are looking for a qualified individual to monitor all Walmart orders for Canada and the USA for compliance with Walmart's OTIF (On Time-In Full) and SQEP Programs (Supplier Quality Excellence Program).

You will execute all system and communicated related activities for Walmart to ensure on time availability of the products and that orders will be on time and in full.

All orders will need to be monitored in detail to follow up with any OTIF and SQEP fines issued by Walmart.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for reviewing all Walmart Orders (USA & Canada) and tracking all short shipments, shipment delays and reasons why.
  • Reviewing monthly OTIF charges from Walmart and following up with necessary claims to fight any charges that should be reversed.
  • Review with scheduling department for any potential shortages in production
  • Monitor outbound shipments from outside storage facilities to ensure shipping in full
  • Connect with logistics department on any revisions to delivery dates and reasons for the change
  • Collect data for all PO revisions on an excel spreadsheet quantities, shortages, delays, etc.
  • Connect with Accounts Receivable department on any short payments that need back up or claims filed
  • Review SQEP scorecard for fines related to missing ASN's, bad pallets, etc.

Qualifications:


  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Prior experience using Retail Link would be an asset
  • Professional verbal communication skills
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills
  • Outstanding attendance and work ethic
  • Ability to multitask, with excellent attention to detail
  • Problem solving and critical thinking
  • Must be proficient in time management
  • Works well in team setting
