Office Administrator/receptionist Mississauga - Star Force HR LTD
Description
Job Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Take dictation
- Generate reports
- Handle multiple projects
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to interact with a wide range of culturally diverse individuals.
- Intermediate skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional phone etiquette
- Previous experience in the produce industry is an asset.
- The tenacity to learn and allow self growth and development is a major asset.
- Strong work ethic and positive outlook to work within a team setting.
- Someone with manufactoring experience will be an asset
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR STUDENTS
Salary:
$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
