Description

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Take dictation
  • Generate reports
  • Handle multiple projects

Qualifications:


  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of culturally diverse individuals.
  • Intermediate skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional phone etiquette
  • Previous experience in the produce industry is an asset.
  • The tenacity to learn and allow self growth and development is a major asset.
  • Strong work ethic and positive outlook to work within a team setting.
  • Someone with manufactoring experience will be an asset

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR STUDENTS

Salary:
$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
