Hours: Part-time, 2 years fixed term. 28 hours over 4 days per week, term time (41 weeks)
Salary: £25,000 per annum pro rata
Location: Cornwall

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual, who enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment, to join us as we implement our organisational strategy, values and culture.

The postholder will support young people with an Education,Healthand Care Plan (EHCP) to succeed in real workplace settings as part of a Supported Internship programme.

The purpose of the role is to enable interns to develop job skills,confidenceand independence, so they can progress towards sustained paid employment. Support is gradually reduced as independence increases.

The postholder will bridge the gap between education and employment, focusing on skill-building and independence. Support provided is time-limited and focused.
