What the Role Is:
We are looking for a marketing coordinator to be a key part of our growing marketing team This role will work on a broad range of initiatives, supporting our ultimate goal of driving qualified leads into the sales funnel through multi-channel marketing programs.
What you will be doing:
- Keeps the daytoday operations of the marketing team running smoothly by monitoring the marketing inbox; updating Asana with project updates and assigning tasks; updating the campaign calendar, and performing martech support asneeded
- Coordinates tradeshow and event deliverables: completing sponsorship agreements, registering attendees, submitting deliverables, ordering electric, shipping swag, communicating updates, and other requirements
- Maintains contact database and list hygiene, performing list cleansing in a timely manner following tradeshows and events
- Assists with the execution of multichannel campaigns and marketing programs such as direct mail, BDR outreach, etc.
- Tracks key metrics for the website, campaigns, initiatives, programs, events, sponsorships and other marketing efforts, adding updates to Looker Studio
- Supports the tracking and administration of marketing spend

What you bring to the role:
You are detail-oriented, keen to learn, and excited to contribute.
You're naturally curious and a very organized person who doesn't miss a beat-especially when you're working on a major tradeshow, project, or campaign Most importantly, you're a strong communicator.
You proactively provide updates and recognize the pertinent details for the projects you're working on.- A minimum of 23 years marketing experience with relevant education
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar programs), Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), GoToWebinar, and Excel or Google Sheets. Asana, Salesforce, and Drift experience is a major plus
- Proven track record for providing event support (tradeshows, webinars, and/or field marketing events)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently as part of a crossfunctional, remote team
- Detail and deadline oriented with the ability to prioritize
- Able to work on multiple projects at the same time in a fastpaced environment
