Job Details:


Responsibilities:


  • Hands on planning, scheduling, and resourcing. Involved in all planning and scheduling functions including the development, maintenance, updates and analysis of the integrated schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction projects;
  • Ensures that regular update reports detailing status, performance, critical paths, and analysis; are provided to the responsible managers;
  • Monitors and analyzes resource utilization;
  • Use of Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Interface with Customer on schedule integration and other issues as required.

Requirements:


  • 35 years experience in scheduling with intermediate level of experience in planning, scheduling and costing
  • A University degree in a related field;
  • Must have extensive experience working on large projects preferably in the Energy sector;
  • Must be proficient Primavera P6, as well as MS Access, Excel, and Word;
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills and strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Must work well in a diverse team environment;
  • Previous experience in an engineering consulting environment providing services to utilities industry would be considered an asset
  • Engineering or Technical educational background is considered an asset
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Previous nuclear (OPG or Bruce Power) experience is considered an asset
  • Strong leadership and teammanagement skills.

A requirement of working for Tetra Tech is that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada.

(A copy of a valid work permit may be required.)
