Temporary IT Technical Support Associate to join our team in
Toronto, Ontario

  • This temporary, about 2month, position is fantastic for someone hoping to gain IT experience in a professional setting_
  • Under the guidance of the IT Tech Support Team in Toronto, provide support where possible.
  • Use Service Now ticket system to track progress and ensure customers receive timely updates.
  • Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required.
  • Perform installation and configuration of software including operating systems, patches, and 3rd party software.
  • Set up hardware as needed.
  • Track I.T. asset inventory according to organizational standards.

Qualifications:

Secondary School/High School Diploma (or equivalent)

  • Higher level IT Support course work or certification(s)
  • Acute proficiency in Microsoft Suite such as (Work, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a heavy focus on customer service.

  • Able to work, Monday
  • Friday.
9:00 h - 17:00 h and be available to work non-standard business hours occasionally if needed.

  • Able to work in this position 100% inoffice.
