What Do We Offer?

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive and standardized warehouse procedures to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, creating a framework that promotes compliance and accountability.
  • Systematically organize and consolidate warehouse lease agreements to streamline documentation and facilitate effective lease management.
  • Maintain an uptodate repository of leaserelated information for quick reference and decisionmaking.
  • Provide handson supervision to ensure seamless daytoday operations in each warehouse.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall performance and productivity of warehouse teams.
  • Manage the approval process for warehouse procurements, evaluating vendor relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring costeffective solutions.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.
  • Take ownership of the warehouse budget management, including forecasting, monitoring expenses, and identifying costsaving opportunities.
  • Provide regular financial reports and insights to management, contributing to informed decisionmaking.
  • Lead the planning and organization of warehouse spaces, optimizing layouts to accommodate inventory needs and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement strategic changes in warehouse design that align with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement compliance strategies within warehouse procedures.
  • Track record of implementing and optimizing warehouse procedures to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Experience in leading initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and streamline processes.
  • Proven ability to identify costsaving opportunities without compromising operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated expertise in warehouse space planning and optimization, ensuring efficient layouts and inventory management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with crossfunctional teams, upper management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage technology for datadriven decisionmaking and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
  • Ability to address challenges and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • This role requires travel within Canada.
  • Mandarin as an assert.

Compensation and Benefits:
The hiring range for this position ranges from CA$65,000 - CA$86,000.

Your actual level and salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
