We are looking for a friendly, positive, and detail-orientated individual with a passion for providing radical client care to join our team as a Relationship Manager.

- Listening to and understanding client needs, and offering solutions and support
- Researching potential leads from internal sources (CRM), web searches, and additional digital resources
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
- Making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Answering potential client questions and followup call questions
- Working with the Business Development Team when closing projects
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Working closely with our Marketing Team to expand our current client base
- Developing relationships with potential clients in collaboration with our Business Development Representative
- Closing sales and working with the client through the purchasing process
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of professional Customer Service, Account Management, and/or Inside Sales experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
Nice to Have:
- Strong computer skills, including Google Suite and CRM/Construction Lead Platform experience is preferred
- An interest in or knowledge of the building envelope and architectural channels
Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: relationship manager, customer success representative, account representative, client relations manager, account supervisor, customer success manager, key account manager, account executive, sales representative, customer service representative, territory manager, client advisor, client success consultant.
