As Resolver's Learning & Development Program Partner, you'll consult with people leaders in our key functions to help build targeted growth programs.
Ideally you get excited about building and making an impact, you have experience facilitating & may have even implemented an LMS before.

Ideally you are someone who has built out end-to-end talent programs before and are looking for a new environment to flex those muscles.
This role will give you the opportunity to build out talent growth programming and collaborate with others who are passionate about our work.

Talent Program Development & Delivery (80%)
_Measures of Success:
__relevant data analytics, eNPS, regrettable attrition, internal career progression rates._
- Partner with P&C leadership and the wider Resolver leadership team to provide strategy on the growth and development of our Resolverites.
- Build strong partnerships with People Leaders to understand their team development needs and ensure targeted solution development (i.e., skill and gap analysis).
- Act as a coach and sounding board to People Leaders on talent development and Resolverite growth.
- Plan, design and deliver Resolverite growth and development programs.
- Foster positive change activities, collaborating with Director, People and Culture and CHRO to assess and define change impact of organizational initiatives; ensure consistency, embed and sustain change management approach across all initiatives
- Collaborate on employee engagement strategies and best practices including Inclusion & Diversity and Employee Communications.
Talent Data Analysis (20%)

- relevant data analytics, eNPS, regrettable attrition, internal career progression rates_
- Manage collection of, interpretation and analysis of business data to make people program recommendations based on findings.
- Measure and calibrate progress on growth and development programming and initiatives
- Collaborate on assessing eNPS data to gather insights that will elevate people programs at Resolver
- Support the analysis of our performance data and make recommendations to develop mentoring and coaching opportunities for Resolverites
- Communicate progress to team, Executive and wider org to celebrate success and continuously improve offering.
More about you:
- 58 years of career experience in developing HR Talent Programming
- A progressive mindset that has experienced firsthand what talent development programming can offer an organization.
- Courage to take initiative and disrupt the status quo in the pursuit of excellence
- An overall savviness for systems that help support and build out talent programming. i.e. an LMS, HRIS
- Proven experience in the design, development, and delivery of talent development solutions
- A love for data (quantitative and qualitative) to leverage key insights to further your program development and overall program impact
- Stellar program management skills: owning an initiative endtoend with the ability to handle multiple projects within it
- Your project management skills are out of this world including organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, monitoring metrics;
- You are a collaborator and build strong relationships. You partner with people leaders (early career to Executives) with curiosity, humility and a motivation to achieve common goals. You do it confidentiality and discretion because that's just how you roll.
- You have a strong customerfocus (employee) and love solving problems both known and unknown
