Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Laundry Attendant.

Are you passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience? If your answer is "Yes", we would like to meet you.

***: The Laundry Attendant is responsible for the manual and mechanical folding of washed linens, towels, etc. as well as the mechanical ironing of such items. It is also the responsibility of the Laundry Attendant to manually shelve and/or hang clean and pressed laundry as requested by designated supervisors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Feed sheets, pillowslips and table linen through the Ironer and ensure proper folding of all linen
Prepare new linen carts for distribution of clean linen
Operate laundry equipment and wash soiled laundry

JOB

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs safely; walking, stretching, bending necessary on a regular basis
Flexible to work weekends, holidays and various shifts
