    Purpose of the position

    The Stella residence is currently looking for of a person responsible for evening maintenance, she will be responsible for carrying out various upkeep and maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments. Full-time day position. 40 hours per week. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
  • Clear and salt the entrances
  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
  • Make service calls
  • Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
  • Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas

    • Required qualifications :

  • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
