BUILDING WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist in the operation, maintenance and

OPERATOR repair of our commercial properties. This

includes:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR n Be the go-to contact for tenants, customers,
contractors and members of our property

A Building Operator who is management team
committed to assisting with the day n Fix what you can and monitor, maintain and
to day operation of our Edmonton troubleshoot the rest

and area commercial properties n Become a building guru - know your systems inside

while deliver exceptional customer and out

service to tenants. n Perform chemical testing where required
n Coordinate and oversee all Landlord and Tenant

Improvement construction
This full-time, year-round position n Provide exceptional customer service and maintain
reports to the Operations Manager our Gold Service Standard
and is a key member of our team. n Always work safe

ABOUT YOU n You have a reliable vehicle with a valid Alberta
You are available for on-call rotation Drivers license.n

You have working knowledge with:
n Extra points for a valid 4th or 5th class Power n
Engineering Certificate.
