The Role:

Assist with the daytoday delivery of care and requirements of the resident
Work closely with the multi disciplinary team to facilitate the best practices are being used
Provides support to residents, their family and visitors during the resident's stay
Other duties as required

Qualifications

Completion of a recognized Canadian Health Care Aide program
Active HCA registration on the Alberta Healthcare Aide Directory
Current CPR / First Aid Certification / Equivalency required
Previous experience in the area of Gerontology and Designated Assisted Living an asset
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in delivering excellence in customer service/patient care, employee communication and development
A current and clear Criminal Records Check including Vulnerable Sector Search

$25.00 per hour
