Description
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Agile Way of Working, Project Management
- Experience in project delivery with agile teams
- Experience with agile practices including scrum/Kanban, agile ceremonies (standups, backlog refinement, team demos)
- Experience delivering small to medium complex projects with agile teams
- Clear understanding of the various activities within a delivery project
- Experience scheduling activities across all delivery teams to deliver a common capability
- Strong communication skills with ability to work crossfunctionally to articulate, measure and solve issues
- Knowledge of collaboration tools
- JIRA and Confluence
Role Description:
- Provide delivery leadership for medium to large projects/initiatives
- Facilitate low complexity Agile initiatives from initiation through release, providing oversight to ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum practices, including but not limited to, project kickoff, sprint, release and deployment planning
- Accountable alongside the scrum team for the achievement of release objectives and results that meet LOB stakeholders' needs and expectations
- Track and manage risks to delivery Tracking and reporting financials for the Team
- Facilitate discussion leading to collective decisionmaking, goal setting and conflict resolution within the team
- Remove impediments to delivery success through the proactive management of external dependencies and simple team problemsolving, considering options and selecting solutions; escalate issues through business and/or IT channels where necessary
- Accountable for creating and maintaining the appropriate vehicles for open communication within the scrum team (e.g. tracker boards) to create a trusting and safe team environment
- Manage team performance to promote joint accountability for results and solve productivity issues
- Facilitating and engaging in business analysis, user experience and technical conversations across platforms
- Navigating and identifying shared IT services required by the team in the delivery of its objectives
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile practices
- Previous experience in Basic financial experience
