Essential Skills:


  • 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
  • Agile Way of Working, Project Management
  • Experience in project delivery with agile teams
  • Experience with agile practices including scrum/Kanban, agile ceremonies (standups, backlog refinement, team demos)
  • Experience delivering small to medium complex projects with agile teams
  • Clear understanding of the various activities within a delivery project
  • Experience scheduling activities across all delivery teams to deliver a common capability
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work crossfunctionally to articulate, measure and solve issues
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools
  • JIRA and Confluence

Role Description:


  • Provide delivery leadership for medium to large projects/initiatives
  • Facilitate low complexity Agile initiatives from initiation through release, providing oversight to ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum practices, including but not limited to, project kickoff, sprint, release and deployment planning
  • Accountable alongside the scrum team for the achievement of release objectives and results that meet LOB stakeholders' needs and expectations
  • Track and manage risks to delivery Tracking and reporting financials for the Team
  • Facilitate discussion leading to collective decisionmaking, goal setting and conflict resolution within the team
  • Remove impediments to delivery success through the proactive management of external dependencies and simple team problemsolving, considering options and selecting solutions; escalate issues through business and/or IT channels where necessary
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining the appropriate vehicles for open communication within the scrum team (e.g. tracker boards) to create a trusting and safe team environment
  • Manage team performance to promote joint accountability for results and solve productivity issues
  • Facilitating and engaging in business analysis, user experience and technical conversations across platforms
  • Navigating and identifying shared IT services required by the team in the delivery of its objectives

Desirable Skills:


  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile practices
  • Previous experience in Basic financial experience

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
