RESPONSIBILITIES
The scope of work for this position covers a wide range of responsibilities which include:

Electrical control panel assembly and wiring
Mechanical assembly of automated equipment
Working with our Project Manager and other team members to keep projects on schedule
Preparing maintenance schedules and creating service reports
Ensuring that the clients' equipment continues to meet our specifications
Periodic travel to US & Mexico for onsite installation, startup support and customer training
Must be
able to travel on short notice to field service and emergency calls

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics technology or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years' experience with building, servicing and troubleshooting industrial components and equipment
Solid understanding of electrical theory and blueprints
Strong computer skills that include working experience with Microsoft Office
Capability of modifying and/or changing mechanical parts as required
Some experience working in a machine shop environment
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; ability to dissect a problem and form solutions that meet realtime constraints
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Exceptional communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Working experience in automotive industry and electronics manufacturing
US Visa or Canadian passport is a must. This job requires travel to US for work.
Valid driver license
