Description
We are currently looking for a customer service representative with experience to join our team in the apparel industry.Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Manage sales/returns and associated payments/refunds/gift cards.
- All other customer service related tasks.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Must be bilingual (English/French).
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Full time position (Monday to Friday).
- 35 hours week.
- Flexible schedule
- Summer hours (office closed at 12PM on Fridays)
- 5 paid sick days
- 3 weeks vacations after 1 year of service
- Office closed between Christmas and new year
- Possibility of hybrid work schedule (to be discussed)
Job Types:

$40,000.00 per year
