Description
We are currently looking for a customer service representative with experience to join our team in the apparel industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.
  • Manage sales/returns and associated payments/refunds/gift cards.
  • All other customer service related tasks.

Qualifications:


  • At least 3 years' of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Must be bilingual (English/French).
