Komutel est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Technicien(nne) support / Service à la clientèle pour son bureau de Saint-Georges possibilité de télétravail.
Komutel est une entreprise de haute technologie en pleine expansion, qui se spécialise dans le développement et la mise en marché de solutions de télécommunications et d'interopérabilité grandement innovatrices.
Sous la supervision du responsable du service à la clientèle, le technicien support technique/service à la clientèle doit répondre aux questions et supporter la clientèle par rapport aux divers logiciels.
Le Rôle
- Effectuer le service d'assistance téléphonique
- Configurer, installer, effectuer et supporter la clientèle sur les logiciels de télécommunications ;
- Documenter les interventions avec la clientèle
- Effectuer des suivis auprès des clients
- Supporter le technicien réseaux informatiques
Exigences:
- Excellent sens de la communication, tact et diplomatie
- Expérience en service à la clientèle
- Habileté à travailler sans supervision directe
- Connaissances matériels (hardware)
- Connaissances réseaux
- Bilinguisme anglaisfrançais indispensable
- Formation technique informatique ou toute combinaison étude/expériences pertinentes : un atout
- Connaissances

Komutel is currently looking for a Technical Support / Customer Service Technician (M/F) for its Saint-Georges office. Komutel is a fast-growing high-tech company specializing in the development and commercialization of highly innovative telecommunications and interoperability solutions.Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the technical support/customer service technician must answer questions and support the customer regarding various software.
The Role
- Respond to enquiries via the helpline
- Configure, install and support customers on telecommunications software
- Document interventions with customers
- Carry out followups with customers
- Support the network IT technician
What You'll Bring
- Excellent communication, tact and diplomacy
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Hardware and Network knowledge
- English-French bilingualism essential in order to interact with both languages customers
- IT training or any combination of study/relevant experience: an asset
- SQL knowledge: an asset
