The role
We are currently looking forward to welcoming an
AI Instructor . You will be part of our fantastic team and report directly to the Aacademi Director.

You'll be part of a team of experienced and passionate people who believe in higher education and work hard behind the scenes to help its students thrive in Canada.

Job responsibilities

Plan, organize, and prepare classes, including developing detailed lesson plans, assignments, and grading.
Develop learning materials that support the learning objectives and planned activities of the programs.
Instruct AI classes by using a variety of teaching strategies and student assessment methods.
Administer attendance, grades, and alerts in the school system for all students in the AI programs.
Prepare and submit to the Program Manager all relevant data concerning students on a regular basis.
Follow the procedures of the registration office, including progress reports, attendance records, quizzes and exams records, and class time and room scheduling.
Participate in the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the college's quality improvement procedures as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team.

About you:

BS/MS Major in Computer Science or equivalent with a preference given to specialization in AI
5+ years relevant work experience in implementing AI systems for industry; managing engineering team (technical background) to deliver solutions
2+ years of experience delivering training material, workshops, lectures, or classroom teaching
Experience with handson knowledge of applied projects, machine learning, deep learning, and systems engineering
Comprehensive skills in the use of common workplace software including online teaching techniques (e.g. Zoom and Slack).
Strong workethic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in multicultural environment.
Flexible and able to adapt to new strategies.
