Description
The Warranty Manager coordinates the work assignments for residential repairs. The position will oversea the Service Department, schedule work, and track warranty claims till completion. The manager will schedule each claim in logical steps and budgeted time required to meet client and company deadlines. They are responsible for coordinating with the service technicians and foreman for each project. In addition, the Warranty Manager will prepare purchase orders and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements.

  • Prepare purchase orders within contractual agreements

Qualifications

  • Postsecondary education (college/university) an asset
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service
  • Knowledge of Tarion guidelines
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in the English language able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
