We are seeking a full-time Receptionist with an outgoing personality and a customer centric approach. You love working with people and it shows in your day to day activities.

With a strong attention to detail, you get things done accurately and efficiently You want to and will be an integral part of an outstanding team.

Starting salary of $36,500/annually

Role and Responsibilities:

Greet clients in a friendly and courteous manner, and direct them appropriately
Stock incoming and outgoing vehicles
Operate a 1 to 25 line switchboard
Answer and forward telephone calls
Record and relay information
Send invoices, and perform other clerical duties such as filing and sorting
Update client information in a variety of systems

Qualifications:
-
Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills:

Read, write and speak English
Ability to operate a line switchboard is preferred
Working knowledge of Windows, Excel
Excellent problemsolving skills and commitment to continuous learning
Accuracy and attention to detail
Critical thinking, and ability to share ideas on ways to improve our customers' experience
