SUMMARY

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospecting and

Lead Generation:
Book meetings and develop key contacts and business relationships in the mining industry via lead generation tools (Zoom info, Salesloft, Salesforce, Vidyard)

  • Understanding Customer Needs: Taking the time to thoroughly understand the specific needs and pain points of potential clients. Listening to their challenges and objectives to tailor our data offerings to meet their requirements effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining an indepth understanding of the Cascadia solution. Being able to articulate the features, benefits, and advantages of the technology to potential customers.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with clients and key decisionmakers. Building trust and credibility through consistent communication, followups, and delivering on promises.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying updated on advancements and developments in the mining technology industry. Continuously improving your sales techniques and strategies to adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Maintain an ethical and professional approach in all business dealings

REQUIREMENTS:


  • University degree in a related field (Min. Eng, BEng, BSc, BA)
  • Ideally at a highgrowth and fastpaced technologyrelated (ideally software) company
  • Technologically savvy, comfortable with using sales tools and software to streamline workflows
  • Able to work independently is a must.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (SalesLoft, Vidyard, ZoomInfo)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages considered an asset (Spanish, Portuguese, French)
  • Experience in the mining industry considered an asset

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Minimum 3 days per week in the office
  • This is a Fulltime role

Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
