These are well-established, multi-division business centers that continue to advance their growth and diversification strategy with 90% of the regions $65M business volume coming from repeat clients.

The regions four Operational leaders (2 existing + 2 currently vacant) and 25 disciplinary leaders work as a team with incentives that reward team behavior and performance while ensuring individual accountability.

The four Operational leaders directly report to the Executive Vice President.

What You'll Be Doing:

You should have a progressive proven track record, skills and experience to be able to do the following duties of an Operational leader:

Entrepreneurial and collaborative style working with the Vice President, other Operational leaders and disciplinary leaders and direct reports to develop the annual regional strategic plan
Strong business acumen to translate the regional strategic plan into business objectives that aligns your team to sound operational outcomes and business results with a strong focus on people
Accountable for the overall achievement of shared Key Performance Indicators for the business center and region of our four cornerstones

Financial
Foster a strong, cohesive, branch culture that incorporates and prioritizes our shared commitments to employee development, safety, inclusivity, respect, integrity, project delivery excellence, and client satisfaction
Build lasting trusted relationships with direct reports, company colleagues, partners and clients
Expand our markets, services, and clients through diversification
Attract, hire, train and retain strategic hires particularly for intermediate to senior levels
