These are well-established, multi-division business centers that continue to advance their growth and diversification strategy with 90% of the regions $65M business volume coming from repeat clients.

The regions four Operational leaders (2 existing + 2 currently vacant) and 25 disciplinary leaders work as a team with incentives that reward team behavior and performance while ensuring individual accountability.

The four Operational leaders directly report to the Executive Vice President.


What You'll Be Doing:

You should have a progressive proven track record, skills and experience to be able to do the following duties of an Operational leader:

  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative style working with the Vice President, other Operational leaders and disciplinary leaders and direct reports to develop the annual regional strategic plan
  • Strong business acumen to translate the regional strategic plan into business objectives that aligns your team to sound operational outcomes and business results with a strong focus on people
  • Accountable for the overall achievement of shared Key Performance Indicators for the business center and region of our four cornerstones
  • Our people and communities

  • Foster a strong, cohesive, branch culture that incorporates and prioritizes our shared commitments to employee development, safety, inclusivity, respect, integrity, project delivery excellence, and client satisfaction

  • Expand our markets, services, and clients through diversification
  • Attract, hire, train and retain strategic hires particularly for intermediate to senior levels
