- Install, commission, and handover Novarc's NovAI systems at client sites.
- Work directly with robotic welding systems (Miller/Aubo, UR, Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa).
- Deliver remote support to clients for NovAI systems via phone and email.
- Develop and refine documentation for current and future workflow processes.
- Collaborate with AI and control teams to integrate PLC programming and automation into welding processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installed equipment.
- Coordinate with engineering, Operations teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Act as the main point of contact for installations (on‑site and remote management).
- Coordinate with clients to ensure they are prepared for NovAI installation and meet installation requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety culture, including customer safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations.
- College Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Robotics Welding or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in robotics welding and automation industries.
- Minimum 3 years of commissioning and installation experience of robotic equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and electrical schematics.
- Experience in PLC programming, especially Omron products.
- Ability to travel up to 75 % of the time locally and internationally.
- Independent work capability at customer sites with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative team player with effective communication skills across cross‑functional teams, management, and customers.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to perform extensive standing, walking, and bending during prolonged periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to create robust solutions for clients.
- Experience programming and operating robotic equipment (FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa, UR).
- Familiarity with robotic simulation tools.
