Position Summary:

As a Logistics Dispatcher, you will be required to assist the team with the daily operations. Working closely with Management and customers.

We offer an extremely high level of white glove service to our clients, partners, online retailers, and other firms requiring Final Mile Deliveries services.

Core Responsibilities:

Assists the team in booking loads, dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles.
Communicate with drivers (both Company and Owner Operators) daily regarding issues, schedules, dispatch instructions, etc.
Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs and records of all activities and other information.
Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize the schedules.
Communicating dispatch information as required.
Communicate service issues as required and develop solutions.

Core Competencies:

Must have strong communication skills
Must have delivery experience
Must have a strong understanding of Logistics and Supply chain management with a focus on customer service excellence.
Must be able to work in fast pace environment with an ability to stay organized and multitask.
Must be highly organized.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to work with mínimal supervision.

Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
