    Tasks & Responsibilities
    Provideprofitability and strategic guidance to product and operational managers
    A forwardthinker and agent of change (for finance analysis, process and control)
    Partners withthe Business to ensure that quality information is shared as required, with afocus on providing an analytical and critical commentary on financial results
    Responsiblefor the accurate and timely delivery of monthly financial, management and adhoc reports to the Controller/leadership team, ensuring compliance withcorporate policies and providing analytical commentary noting any significantchanges and/or deviations

    Liaise withoperational teams to understand business case objectives and processes in orderto identify cost and benefits as well as design tracking mechanisms postimplementation
    Assist in specialprojects as required, external and internal audits, as well as annual budgetingand forecasting cycles: preparation, ongoing revisions and completion
    Takes aleadership role in ensuring that best practice financial processes and dataquality are consistent and maintained
    Mentorssupervises junior staff in the Department as required and as assigned
    Deliverables andAchievables
    Reviewing and reporting on analysisof product/operational results and business trends
    Detailed reconciliation andanalysis of financial results against budget
    Preparation of month end/ year end journalentries and accruals, and ad hoc analysis as required
    Perform profitabilityanalysis
    Test and ensure businesscontrols are in place and effective
    Development of reportingtools to support product/operational needs
    Activities in support of theController and the operational division managers

    Accounting designation, preferably CPA, CMAprogram
    7+ years of relevant work experience withfinancial reporting and planning/ budgeting
    Strongbusiness acumen
    Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are amust
    Abilityto identify issues and implement recommendations
    Self-starter, results and deadline oriented;Sense of urgency
    Ability to work independently, make decisionand be a creative thinker
    ExcellentEnglish communication skills (written and verbal)
    Abilityto interact with Senior Management and convey ideas, processes and resultsExcellentleadership and interpersonal skills
