What We Offer:

We are seeking a practitioner to join our team, starting July 1, 2024.

What You Will Do:

• Provide high-quality care to each and every client who seeks your services.
• Seek to understand your client's symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals.
• Use your clinical reasoning and expertise to provide personalized care for your clients.
• Create and communicate customized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each and every one of your clients.
• Ensure accurate documentation of your clients' conditions and progress by meeting charting expectations.
• Follow established business processes and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Build relationships with local referral sources to help grow and develop your own caseload.
• Actively engage in both internal and external mentorship opportunities, as well as ongoing clinical education to further enhance your skills and expertise.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You are a clear communicator and understand the importance of a positive customer service experience
• You have active professional liability insurance
• Experience using the Jane app an asset
• Pelvic health certification an asset
