Since 1985, The Top Shop Inc. has been an industry leader manufacturing superior countertops. We are looking for a Account Manager to work with new and existing customers all over Southwestern Ontario**
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Customer visits based on consistent scheduling and routine
  • Virtually support sales, training, and host or attend meetings
  • Cold call and source new customers
  • Maintain sample inventory for customers and replenish as needed
  • Train customers on processes/procedures/products and services
  • Effectively communicate new products/promotions with all customers in a timely manner
  • Track sales to maintain or exceed sales targets
  • Complete all necessary reports as requested (sales trackers, mileage report, etc.)

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be organized with excellent time management skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license, with own vehicle
  • Friendly and personable
  • 1 year experience in a customer facing sales role or similar is preferred.
  • Must be selfmotivating and highly sales driven
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience with basic computer programs including Microsoft Office
  • Some weekend and evenings required
