The NewRoads Automotive Group is hiring a
Part-Time Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities of a Part-Time Receptionist
role include:

Promptly answer the telephone in a warm and inviting manner.
Operate a multiline telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate sales representatives or departments.
Welcome onsite customers, determine the nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel when necessary.
Perform various clerical and administrative duties.
Communicate with inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and effective manner.
Acquire basic knowledge about the dealership, to be able to respond to inquiries for general information.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
Assist in the administration and coordination of dealer trades when necessary.
Stock in vehicles when necessary.
License new and used vehicles when necessary.
Distribute mail and coordinate all courier pickup when necessary.
Additional duties as may be required.

Hours:
One evening per week from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM and alternate Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
