Retail Operations supports North America stores with programming, tools, communication, and strategies to operate productive stores to maximize guest and educator experience and drive business results.

In Store Experience Operations leads the implementation of programs, pilots, and initiatives, including retail scheduling, retail technology, omni fulfilment, in support of our store guest experience and drive business growth.


a day in the life:
what you'll do
The Program Lead, In Store Experience delivers initiatives that enhance store guest experience.

  • Responsible for the delivery and implementation of in store experience programming.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and deliver initiatives that impact guest experience in North American retail stores.
  • Identify, solve and coach on operational performance gaps in store operations to drive store performance and growth.
  • Responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining all relevant initiative planning and operational documentation (communications, resources, workback plans etc.) across all platforms.
  • Engage with North America retail stores for the implementation of pilots, training, coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding and experience in retail 5+ years industry experience with strong leadership experience
  • Project Management certification or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Dayforce 3+ years of planning and writing retail schedules
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator; experience facilitating meetings and trainings
  • Organised, responsible and flexible in a fastpaced environment with meticulous attention to detail
