Assistant Grower Role

The Assistant Grower will be responsible for executing various tasks related to cannabis production under the supervision of the Master Grower.

• Perform growth media tests (moisture, PH/EC) and ensure proper irrigation of all plants in their zone.
• Maintain and observe general health of plants within their zone on a daily basis.

This role requires initiative to improve processes, increase cannabinoids, yield, and terpenes while ensuring quality products are delivered. Relevant experience in agriculture or horticulture with knowledge of pesticide applicators licence or exterminator licence is beneficial. Must be able to stand and walk long periods with manual dexterity handling equipment.
