Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skilled labor tasks as directed
• Must be able to work independantly with little instructions
• Must be able to lead a crew & efficiently delegate tasks
• Great communication skills and critical thinking is a must
• Assist with construction, maintenance, and repair projects
• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Experience:

• Previous experience in skilled labor or a related field is required
• Knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials is required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Must be open to constructive criticism and willing to learn
• Must have driver's license

$30.00-$40.00 per hour
