Bath Investments Ltd is engaged in developing an industrial site in Gloucester, Langley from bare land into a functional space.

Duties:

• Operate various types of heavy equipment, primarily excavators in land clearing and grading.
• Perform excavation and earthmoving tasks to prepare sites for construction projects.
• Use equipment to dig trenches, level ground, and move materials such as dirt, rocks, and debris.
• Operate machinery to pave roads and build structures.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

Skills:

• Proficient in operating backhoes, graders, dump trucks, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent handeye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Physical stamina to withstand long hours of operating heavy machinery.

Job Types:

Contract length: 3-4 months


Salary:
$39.00-$42.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Langley, BC V4W 3X1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Excavator: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
- excavator license (preferred)

• WHMIS Certification (preferred)
