- Testing Excellence: Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance, to identify and address defects.
- Automation: Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure for efficient and effective testing.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring their successful resolution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with development, product management, and customer support teams to ensure timely and high-quality software releases.
- Operations: Ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of servers, services, and microservices in both Public and Private Cloud environments while adhering to SLAs.
- Operational Support: Participate in on-call rotations to support and debug customer-reported issues as well as internally created service incidents.
- Security and Compliance: Maintain a strong focus on security and compliance within the cloud environment.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, maintaining a commitment to learning and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including DevOps practices, testing, and operations.
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure and expertise in cloud-native architecture.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with test automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-driven attitude, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) with a focus on SLO/SLIs in a commercial cloud-based service.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance adherence within a cloud environment, including PCI, ISO27001, and SOC2.
