Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for managing diverse projects across Western Canada? We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team, based in Calgary with opportunities for remote work.

Construction Manager

Location:
Calgary, with remote work across Western Canada

Experience:
5+ years in the civil construction industry

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage 24 construction sites simultaneously
Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline constraints
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project goals
Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in civil construction management
Proven track record of successfully managing projects ranging from $600,000 to $1.5 million in cost
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being an effective team player
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
