The HR Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting human resources functions with a primary focus on the administration of Benefits, pension student placement and new hires orientation activities.
This includes administering LOFT's benefits and pension programs,
fostering employee engagement by promoting wellness resources,
supporting organizational initiatives,
and collaborating with People & Culture to deliver activities that strengthen connection.
