Who we're looking for:

As a member of the Business Development Team, your primary responsibilities are to:

Maintaining relationships with global crop nutrition partners, including regular communication and engagement;
Identifying, evaluating and developing new opportunities for strategic partnerships with global crop nutrition companies
Developing project proposals, trials plan, timelines, and budgets;
Leading the setup and management of combined agronomy and product trials, including coordinating resources and ensuring the timely completion of milestones;
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to collect and analyze data, and to develop recommendations for product development and improvement;
Communicating project progress and results to internal and external stakeholders;
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

You'll be a great match if you have these skills & experience:

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil science, or related field;
5+ years of experience in agronomy
3+ years of experience in account or project management
Proven experience in managing and executing agronomy projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
