What Will You Do:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with technological capabilities.
  • Enhance and optimize system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and coherence across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and proactively address potential challenges to maintain a wellintegrated ecosystem.
  • Enhance and troubleshoot system integrations to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
  • Assist the training team with the creation and delivery of training material for employees.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and agile team culture by willingly embracing additional responsibilities.

What Will You Need to Succeed:

  • 3-5 years' in a Systems Analyst or a similar IT role in a mid-sized organization.
  • Technical diploma or degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Handson experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Experience with Sitelink or Call Potential software is an asset.
  • Experience in the selfstorage business is an asset.
  • Ability to take on new challenges and learn quickly with little supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly through written and verbal channels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong customer service skills.
