What Will You Do:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with technological capabilities.
Enhance and optimize system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and coherence across platforms.
Troubleshoot integration issues and proactively address potential challenges to maintain a wellintegrated ecosystem.
Enhance and troubleshoot system integrations to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
Assist the training team with the creation and delivery of training material for employees.
Contribute to a dynamic and agile team culture by willingly embracing additional responsibilities.

What Will You Need to Succeed:

3-5 years' in a Systems Analyst or a similar IT role in a mid-sized organization.
Technical diploma or degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.
Handson experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
Experience with Sitelink or Call Potential software is an asset.
Experience in the selfstorage business is an asset.
Ability to take on new challenges and learn quickly with little supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly through written and verbal channels.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and a willingness to learn.
Strong customer service skills.
