Position:
IT Project Manager (MSP)


Location:
Toronto, Ontario


Salary Range:
$80,000 - $100,000 Annually


Role Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding project updates, scope adjustments, and overall satisfaction.

Pre-Sales Support: Participate in pre-sales activities, including RFP creation and proposal presentations, to secure and define new projects.

Technical Oversight: Oversee the project's technical requirements, working closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.

Managed IT Services Experience: Solid experience within a Managed IT Services environment, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.

Proven Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects, with a preference for certifications such as PMP or PRINCE-
Strong Technical Acumen: While not responsible for executing technical tasks, a good understanding of IT infrastructure and solutions is necessary to manage projects effectively.

Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication skills are required for effectively interfacing with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Pre-Sales and RFP Expertise: Experience in engaging with potential clients through pre-sales activities and the RFP process.
