Mind Forward Brain Injury Services Ontario is a not-for-profit agency funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care and several LHIN's to provide support and rehabilitation to survivors of acquired brain injury in the regions of Peel, Halton and Dufferin.

Relief positions and Temporary Full Time positions are available
immediately. Must have a willingness to support individuals with complex cognitive/behavioural needs in all aspects of daily living and community integration in a team environment. Must be physically able to perform the necessary duties of the job.

We require applicants to be a post-graduate in a related field, experience with behavioural programming preferred, current CPR/First Aid Certification required.

Vulnerable Police Check required; a insured vehicle and valid driver's licence is also a must.

Comprehensive paid training will be provided.
