Responsibilities:


Inventory Management:


  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Implement best practices for efficient and organized inventory management.

Stock Replenishment:


  • Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.

Data Analysis:


  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
  • Generate reports to provide insights into inventory performance.

Quality Control:


  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the integrity and quality of incoming inventory.
  • Implement measures to prevent and address issues related to damaged or expired products.

Process Improvement:


  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management.
  • Implement and document changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration:


  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, including warehouse, logistics, and finance, to streamline inventory.
  • Communicate effectively to address any inventoryrelated issues and maintain a smooth workflow.

Technology Utilization:


  • Utilize inventory management software and tools to streamline processes.
  • Stay updated on advancements in inventory control technology.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of best practices in inventory control and supply chain management.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
