Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and comfortable salon experience
Styling, blow outs, updos for special occasions, washing & treatments,.
Keep workstations clean and sanitized to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide appropriate recommendations
Educate salon products and services to clients to enhance their overall experience
Assist with retail sales by recommending and selling hair care products and memberships

Skills:

Hair styling skills: Proficient in styling techniques for different hair types and styles
Customer service skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Sanitation skills: Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe salon environment
Communication skills: Effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations
Upselling skills: Ability to promote additional salon services or products to enhance the client's experience
Retail sales skills: Experience in educating, recommending and selling hair care products to clients
