Reports directly to store manager- Open & close the store and perform opening/closing duties
- Meet personal and store sales goals
- Oversee management of sales associates and assist them in meeting their objectives
- Assist customers and meeting their needs
- Contributing to Creating a welcoming environment for all customers welcomed into the store
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Making sure store looks neat & tidy and visual merchandising is maintained
- Managing operating costs & budgets
- Handle complaints from customers and coming to reasonable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as an ambassador for the store, and set example for customers and staff
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
Retail Management: 1 year (preferred)
