This year, our team is growing as we take on a growing number of clients.
Our hard-working and motivated team works on many different homes for a variety of clients doing window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing services.
Everyone on our team also learns how to perform some sales roles on the job site.
Through their experience, our team undergoes significant growth in their communication skills, team workability, and leadership development, while getting in good exercise and learning how to clean windows/do general home maintenance like a pro.

Requirements:

• Access to a vehicle

• Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary)

• Full-time commitment

• Strong communication skills

• Coachable

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall completion of projects - start to finish at a high standard of quality

• Daily cleanliness of site and project

• Customer focus - constant communication with homeowners and business owner

• Project management - looking to show initiative in day to day responsibilities
