Job Description
Precise Trucking Ltd. is currently looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver (Manual Transmission) to join our team.
We are offering a unique opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a business partner, with the option to own up to 50% of the truck.
This role is ideal for a driver who wants more than just a job and is interested in building long-term income and ownership in the trucking industry.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 Driver's License (Manual Transmission Required)
- Minimum 2–3 years verified driving experience
- Strong backing and reversing skills (must be confident in tight areas)
- Clean driver's abstract
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Good knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Handle local and regional deliveries
- Back into docks and tight job sites confidently
- Maintain cleanliness and basic care of the truck
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and management
