Description
We are seeking a talented Client Relations Coordinator with great communication and problem-solving skills to join our team.Job Specifications/Key Responsibilities:
- Build trust and rapport with a very large client list and respond to surveys.
- Assist with issues and any escalations that may arise.
- Respond to clients in a timely manner and provide accurate answers.
- Monitor and maintain client satisfaction through followups to solve client problems.
- Review client strategies and schedule meetings/followups.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and software such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service, relationship management, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

$50,000-$55,000 per year
Expected hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule:
- 8hour shift
