_Job Overview_

_ Responsibilities_

  • Supervise finance and administrative staff and offer training and guidance.
  • Oversee daytoday financial and administrative operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits administration for salary employees.
  • Monitor cash flow through coordinating multiple accounts and currencies.
  • Ensure compliance with government remittances, regulations and company policies.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely development and review of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Assist in completing annual budget and monitor adherence to budget monthly.
  • Maintain contracts with various service providers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their financial and administrative needs.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

_Requirements_

  • Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
  • CPA certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management, accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in leadership or supervisory role.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion, initiative and a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates an ability to build and maintain effective work partnerships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders and to work well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to be proactive, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
