_Job Overview_
_ Responsibilities_
- Supervise finance and administrative staff and offer training and guidance.
- Oversee daytoday financial and administrative operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits administration for salary employees.
- Monitor cash flow through coordinating multiple accounts and currencies.
- Ensure compliance with government remittances, regulations and company policies.
- Responsible for accurate and timely development and review of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Assist in completing annual budget and monitor adherence to budget monthly.
- Maintain contracts with various service providers.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their financial and administrative needs.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
_Requirements_
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- CPA certification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management, accounting, or related field.
- Experience in leadership or supervisory role.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion, initiative and a high degree of confidentiality.
- Demonstrates an ability to build and maintain effective work partnerships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders and to work well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to be proactive, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
