Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct skill gap analyses for all employees related to MS Teams, MS Office suite, Fenevision, EPICS, etc.
  • ERP system reporting, including key reports and data used company wide.
  • Become expert user of HRIS, CRM Software, Quote, etc. to be able to train new and existing employees as needed.
  • Working with Industrial Trainer to create a training matrix for all levels.
  • Develop storyboards and training scenarios that accurately simulate the user experience.
  • Create and deliver training sessions, classes, and courses working with groups and individuals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by assessing the performance of the trainees, using surveys, quizzes, and other assessment tools to measure the success of the training program and recommend course/training improvements.
  • Develop and maintain training schedules, materials and curriculum.
  • Stay up to date with latest trends and developments in the field to keep knowledge current.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous experience as a computer or information systems trainer or similar role
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert certification
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with various training methodologies, and tools, including elearning platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and be comfortable with public speaking
