We are looking to hire a creative, tech savvy and efficient
Branding Manager to join the marketing team.


Job Summary:

The
Branding Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of brand strategies and creative design initiatives.

This role requires a highly creative and strategic individual who can lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional brand experiences that resonate with customers and drive long-term loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute brand strategies, including product positioning, brand architecture, messaging, and communication plans.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize brand performance and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure highquality deliverables and timely execution of brand initiatives.

Must be able to work 9-5 EST, Mon-Friday.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in brand management and design roles, preferably in an agency setting or software or ecommerce industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate crossfunctionally.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors to deliver highquality results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Experience in graphic design, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and change.
