    Under the direction of the Bank of

    Canada Museum Director:
    " Provide project support for the Museum Content Management System (CMS) project a project to identify/develop a new exhibition digital content management system (CMS), technology to drive the way Museum visitors engage with the Museum's content, such as collection data, educational information, audiovisual assets, etc. " Support and maintain the project plan and schedule in consultation with the project team and stakeholders (using a project planning tool like MS Project, Teamwork, Smartsheet, etc.) to ensure schedules, milestones and deliverables are met " Contribute and assist with the development of project's scope of work " Assist with the development of progress reports and other project documentation " Assist with the development of consolidating comments and feedback from various stakeholders " Maintain the project's Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI chart) " Identify, plan, and ensure the sound management of technology integration requirements are met (i.e., with Museum's Collections database, Museum's website, etc.) " Define project risks, issues, and interdependencies while delivering the scope and work plans within quality parameters and timeframes " Collaborate with project contributors and stakeholders on all project activities " Other activities and deliverables, as required

    " University degree or college diploma in museum studies, interactive media design, or a related field " A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in museums or on a museum project " Demonstrated experience with museum exhibit installation " Demonstrated experience executing museum technology projects, (i.e., exhibition or enterprise content management systems for museums) " Demonstrated experience supporting multiple initiatives " Demonstrated knowledge of museum collections management, interactive media design, visitor evaluation, museum exhibition design, etc. " Demonstrated knowledge of digital work, such as technology documentation, digital asset management, computer networking, cyber risk management, etc.

    " Project Management Professional (PMP) certification " Digital strategy architecture training/certification (i.e., MIT Professional Certificate in Digital Transformation, Columbia Business School Certificate in Digital Strategies for Business Transformation, University of Toronto Certificate in Digital Strategy and Communications Managements, etc.) " Facilitation training/certification (i.e., International Association of Facilitators Certified Professional Facilitator, Royal Roads University Professional Certificate in Advanced Facilitation Practices, etc.)
