Reman Parts Person will ensure customer needs are met through distributing parts in an organized and efficient manner.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Coordinate incoming freight, stock transfers, replenish stock and fill customer orders
- Operate forklift to load and unload freight from the trucks
- Operate lift truck for parts and core deliveries
- Deliver parts to technician work stations
- Retrieve parts from main warehouse and Reman core storage warehouse
- Maintain and organize Reman core bank and warranty hold area
- Process core returns and warranty parts in a prompt manner
- Maintain the parts physical and electronic inventory
- Put finished components to stock
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time in support of the business needs
- Pull shop production orders
- General warehouse and work area clean up
- Participate in safe and environmentally sound work behaviors and objectives at all times in support of Toromont's Health and Safety Policy/Programs and best practice

**Must-haves for this role**:

- Secondary School Education, good communication skills both written and verbal
- Valid Counter Balance and Lift Truck Operating Certificate or similar equipment. Must have willingness to learn and obtain licence to operate every size of forklift.
- Effective organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Customer centric team player with strong interpersonal skills and relationship building capacity
- Self-starter with strong initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
- Sense of urgency and adaptable to consistently changing priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Willing and able to work flexible hours in a rotating shift environment
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean abstract
- Experience with computers and Toromont parts operations would be an asset

**Au cours d'une journée typique, VOUS effectuerez les tâches suivantes**:

- Coordonner les marchandises reçues, les transferts de stocks, le réapprovisionnement des stocks et le traitement des commandes des clients
- Conduire un chariot élévateur pour charger et décharger le stock des camions de transport
- Conduire un chariot élévateur pour les livraisons de pièces et de noyaux
- Livrer les pièces aux postes de travail des techniciens
- Récupérer les pièces de l'entrepôt principal et de l'entrepôt de stockage des noyaux Reman
- Entretenir et organiser la réserve de noyaux et la zone des pièces sous garantie Reman
- Traiter les retours de noyaux et de pièces sous garantie en temps opportun
- Mettre à jour les stocks physique et électronique des pièces
- Mettre en stock les composants finis
- Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes qui pourraient être assignées pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise
- Traiter les fiches de production de l'atelier
- Nettoyage général de l'entrepôt et de la zone de travail
